DMS task stuck in starting for hours

Good morning,

I have a DMS task which failed last night. I tried to restart the task and now its stuck in a "starting" state. I am not sure how to proceed as I can not stop it and I can not shutdown or modify the migration instance. Any advice on what I can do would be appreciated.
