Hello. Important New AWS accounts have reduced concurrency and memory quotas. AWS raises these quotas automatically based on your usage. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/lambda/latest/dg/gettingstarted-limits.html Regards, Andrii

Hello.
As mentioned in this post, since this is an issue with your AWS account, you may be able to increase the limit by opening a case with AWS Support under "Account and billing".
