DynamoDB TTL Expiration - UTC, GMT or Local

Question

When setting TTL to DynamoDB record, the information on this property we set, should be in UTC, GMT or local timezone? For example, my users are in Brazil however workload are in N.Virginia Region, do I use N.Virginia or Brazil to set expiration time?

Amazon DynamoDB follows [ISO 8601](https://www.iso.org/iso-8601-date-and-time-format.html) as explained [here](https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/database/backfilling-an-amazon-dynamodb-time-to-live-ttl-attribute-with-amazon-emr/). When setting the Time to Live (TTL) for a DynamoDB record, the expiration time should be specified in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).
