What are the steps to share a Redshift Query Editor notebook to a different region?

I have written a notebook in the London region that would be equally useful in other regions. What needs to be done to make it available in us-east-1?

To share your Amazon Redshift Query Editor v2 notebook from the London region to us-east-1, you'll need to export the notebook from your current region and import it in the target region. Here's how to do it:

  1. In the London region where your notebook is located, open the notebook in Query Editor v2.

  2. Choose "Import" and then select "Export notebook" (or look for a similar export option in the interface).

  3. Save the exported notebook as a .ipynb file to your local machine.

  4. Switch to the us-east-1 region in the AWS console and open Query Editor v2.

  5. In the "My notebooks" section, choose "Import" and then "Import notebook".

  6. Navigate to and select the .ipynb file you saved earlier.

  7. The notebook will be imported into your currently open notebook folder in the us-east-1 region.

  8. You can now open and use the notebook in the us-east-1 region.

Note that while the notebook's SQL queries and structure will be transferred, you may need to reconfigure any region-specific resources or connections referenced in your queries, as these might differ between regions.
