no endpoint when create new free aws database

I created a free aws database by following https://aws.amazon.com/getting-started/hands-on/create-microsoft-sql-db/. It doesn't have an endpoint to connect to it. How do you create a database with an endpoint?

I refreshed and it has an endpoint now
