For AWS certifications specifically, you should receive an email confirming your exam completion, and your detailed results will be available in your AWS Certification Account under "Previous Exams" within five business days.

If you've completed all modules and assignments but haven't received your badge acceptance email, there could be a delay in processing. These delays are not uncommon in the AWS Educate program and its associated badge system.

Since you've already checked Credly and couldn't find your badge, I'd recommend:

1. Wait for about a week if you've only recently completed the course
2. Check your AWS Certification account to see if your certification has been posted there
3. If after a week you still haven't received any notification, reach out to AWS Certification support directly for assistance

They'll be able to help you with any issues related to your badge or certification and can provide specific information about your account status.
