Gateway Error Response from Lightsail Container

Question

I'm running a flask container on AWS Lightsail. The container runs fine when running locally. However, when I send a request to one of the endpoints, I get a 504  status code response from my client. When I checked the container logs on Lightsail, I can see that the request was successful (status code 200) like so:

My container capacity is small (1GB RAM, 0.5vCPUs) with a scale of 1 @15USD/month. This is my first time deploying a container on AWS, so I don't know how to go about resolving the issue.

Is the issue you're seeing persistent?

Sometimes 504s occur before your first deployment succeeds. After you have a successful deployment, you shouldn't see such errors again unless they're originating from your app itself.
