Amazon Lex stop working

Question

When bot stay without disturb for a couple of hours, lambdas stops working on some intents. And after a couple of minutes, lambdas works well. How can I add loading state to the chatbot while lambdas is in startup? Also, one a day at 17:00 (GMT +3) Lambda starts working incorrectly. For instance, it can stop work at all or ignore data from client.

You are likely experiencing cold starts on your Lambda functions and perhaps on your bot. You can use provisioned concurrency on the functions, or set up an event (EventBridge ) to call them at regular intervals).
The Lex bot can also experience a cold start. Similarly you can ping it with a Lex API call every few hours to keep it warm.
