Aws simple email services

Hi! To create rule sets and receipt rules, select "Email Receiving" in the navigation pane, listed under "Configuration". You will then be able to Choose "Create rule set" under "Receipt rule sets".

Note that there are some prerequisites you must do, and email receiving is only available in certain regions (see https://docs.aws.amazon.com/ses/latest/dg/regions.html#region-receive-email)
