Architecture for IOT product

Question

I am working in manufacturing PCB boards, industrial products, and popular products. I intend to use aws services in our product in future specially related to IOT.
* 	About popular product:
-   We use it in house and agriculture. The data rate requested from users is not  high. (Like some product of Tuya, Sonoff)
* 	About industrial product:
-    We use it in the industrial (data logger product, alarm box). The data rate requested from users is high. We need storage to view historical data, alarm data, ….

Could you give some case solutions about the architecture, services, pricing that you recommend for our product above?
