Automatic uninstallation of Java

We are having Linux ubuntu flavour light shell on aws. We have deployed website with postgresql database. After three months smooth working , sudden java version got automatic uninstalled and we were not able to login in postgresql using our credentials. We last logged in on aws in previous month. So please guide me how it can be happened to machine automatic. When we tracked no user activity found.
