Enable SSL on perforce server

HI,

I have a running perforce server, users are already already connecting and using it without the ssl connection, just directly with the ip:port. Tried following instruction SLL on amazon linux 2to enable SSL on the EC2 instance, no apache nor httpd was found when invoking from the console.

Is there a better documentation resource you can recommend me to complete the setting? Will i need to create a new certificate even if my perforce server has no public address?
