AWS KMS Unique Keys

Question

Are the regional keys owned and provided by AWS unique? Meaning, despite them being regional keys do they all have unique cryptographic material, and KeyID's?

Yes, KMS keys provided by AWS have unique cryptographic key material for each KMS Key, hence all the KMS keys provided by AWS are unique.
