Technical support ticket that is still unassigned after 6 days

Hello, we have a technical support ticket Case ID XXXXXXXXXXX that is still unassigned after 6 days. This is extremely frustrating as I can't use my service until the case is resolved and we can't even begin to resolve it until it gets assigned. How can I escalate this ticket such that it gets assigned? Thank you.
