AWS Pinpoint 10DLC Registration For Non-Business

In order to purchase and use a 10DLC phone number in AWS Pinpoint brand/campaign registration is required. In all of the provided registration flows in the Pinpoint SMS Console a company name, website, and tax id are all required. Is there any way to register a 10DLC phone number for personal and family use?
