Build a Serverless Web Application file with permission denied

Question

I'm building a Serverless Web Application with AWS Lambda, Amazon API Gateway, AWS Amplify, Amazon DynamoDB, and Amazon Cognito (https://aws.amazon.com/pt/getting-started/hands-on/build-serverless-web-app-lambda-apigateway-s3-dynamodb-cognito/module-3/) and in module 3 when I try to access the requestUnicorn.js file it returns permission denied, is there any way to open the file or for the content to be made available in another form, please ?

Below is how the error appears:

Perhaps the URL was changed due to a change in the workshop location.
