RTL burn in caption using Elemental MediaConvert

Question

I am trying to burn in caption using Arabic caption. When I tried using SRT file containing the Arabic caption text, the resulting caption seems to be reversed compared to the original. Is this an intended behavior when burning in captions in RTL languages? 
Also, I tried set the fallback font setting to proportional font, but the result still came out with monospace font. I tried different settings for the font but it always came out as monospace.

Try to use TTML caption format instead of SRT: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/mediaconvert/latest/ug/ttml-style-formatting.html
Make sure that you use right caption combination: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/mediaconvert/latest/ug/sidecar-captions-support-tables-by-container-type.html
