AWS developer associate exam by Pearson(Proctor)

My exam was going very smoothly, but during the scanning of the room, I remove the charger from my system and forgot to plugged it in, so system's battery went down and screen got stuck, so I just stood up for the charger and in the meantime, they revoked my exam. What could be the solution for this scenerio? As they(Pearson) has already generated the ticket for this case, even I contacted with them and they are saying that you will get the update within 2-3 working days.

Please submit a ticket to the AWS Training & Certification customer support team, and they will provide assistance. If you already submitted a case, please allow at least 48 hrs to get a response.
