Export EC2 instance to tar.gz for Windows WSL2

There is no direct option to export an EC2 Linux instance to a tar file for use with Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL). If you need to run the instance on your Windows machine, you can consider using the AWS VM Export service to export the instance as a virtual machine file and then run using virtualization software like VirtualBox, VMware or Hyper-V.
