Hi Lumberyard team,

you added PhysX Nvidia 4.1 to lumberyard engine , so please add a feature "destructive mesh nvidia library ", I hope you create a editor for destructive mesh like fire/shoot to walls, to shred and crumble, I hope you understand my word mean. 😉

Thank you so much

I am also quite interested in using PhysX Blast functionality in LY. Although as LY PhysX is now more feature complete and the PhysX library is available on GitHub anyone can potentially create this Gem. However, much more comfortable investing the time in that if I know its not about to drop any time soon (unlikely ... plenty of higher priorities realistically). Hopefully all will be clarified by a roadmap in the near future!

Unfortunately, I live in a country that has the most and toughest US and world sanctions , I live in Iran and I'm very interested in Lumberyard , Yes I loved to make my own gems but I can't even access Visual Studio ☹ I have previously written a book on C++ CryEngine 5.x in 2018 , Where I live is very slow internet speed and I can hardly even download Lumberyard, So I have to send in feature requests, now only my focus is on the script canvas and emotion fx. (without compile / without visual studio 😑 😔)

Hello,

Thank you for your feedback! This feature is not supported currently, however it is in our roadmap.

I will not be APEX Destruction since it has been deprecated by NVIDIA, but will more likely be NVIDIA Blast.

Thanks, Sergey
