Hi,
My instance i-0f9c30641b02b1850 has been stuck in a "stopping" state for about 30 minutes. Force stop isn't working. Command-line force stop isn't working (just says current state is "stopping" and previous state is "stopping"). I've tried creating an image of the instance, but the image creation fails. I've also tried manually creating snapshots of the instance's volumes, but those also fail.
I just want to restart the instance on good hardware. This whole endeavor began due to a "status check failed" alarm from the instance.
