MTurk Credit Limit

I encountered a issue regarding MTurk Credit limit. I checked the Service Quotas console, and it indicated a limit of $1000. However, when I attempted to publish a batch on the MTurk website, I received the following error message: "You have exceeded your monthly credit limit", actually, it may be that the current limit is below $1. Additionally, when I tried to publish a batch on MTurk through the API, my AvailableBalance showed only 0.2, and the task was not published.

Could you please provide information on the default MTurk limit for this?
