How to contribute support for openSUSE to AWS VPN Client?

I have managed to get AWS VPN Client working with openSUSE Leap 15.4 - the solution will also work for other distributions that use netconfig for updating the DNS resolver, instead of systemd-resolve. Everything is documented here. I've been searching for a way to contribute, hoping that support may be expanded to openSUSE and other distributions in the future, but have been unsuccessful thus far, hence the question.
