Hello,
I verified the behaviour by creating a custom view with a time and date picker in it. In the preview it was showing me the drop down list for time-picker as well, however, as soon as I am using it in the inbound flow and rendering it during a call, it is converting to a text box where I am able to type any value.
Thank you for bringing this in our notice. Please note that this has been reported to our internal team and we have requested them to take a look into this. However, there is no ETA on when this will be worked on. That being said, I can assure you that our team takes customer feedback very seriously and work meticulously to provide a good customer experience.
