Your cert would be for the domain for which you requested it; the URL you're trying to access is the URL for the load balancer; which wouldn't be what you requested for the cert. Do you have a Route53 record that points at your load balancer? If so, then use the URL that you've set up. If not, then create a Route53 record that points at your load balancer.

Hi, Could you please elaborate how I can add record53. I tried to add new record but didn't see create record button. There were 8 records with edit option and I didn't see any record with loadbalancer url
