Hi, I can help you out here. Do you know how much disk space Poweruser 1 has on her laptop? Do you mind checking this for me? Thanks
I was away for a few days so I am just seeing your reply. There is a known limitation with WorkDocs mirroring the available space on the main harddrive. This is because WorkDocs needs an extra X amount of disk space to transfer X amount of data. This sounds like a symptom of that limitation but it may not be the case due to your description of available disk space. To verify, can you try uploading a tiny file and seeing if that works?
I got her to try uploading a 1 byte text file and it worked. I then got her to test by uploading some normal files and folders, and that worked properly also. She has been using the web interface for the last few weeks, so this was the first time that she tried the file explorer interface in a while. Strange that it works now and not before. Thanks for your help, although I don't know if this is actually a "solution" or not. Unless you think uploading the 1 byte file triggered a change.

Thanks for offering to help. I was away for a few days.
Poweruser1 has 2 drives -- one with 123 GB free of 232 GB, and one with 798 GB free of 931 GB. Her "network locations" shows her W drive (the workdocs drive) as about half full.
