CANT USE CONSOLE

Question

Hi everyone, I exhausted my aws ML engineering credits and was told I have to create a personal account. I did that but I am unable to create a new domain. It says "Internal Server Error (undefined)
Please contact AWS service team for further help."

Please help. I'm new to this.

Is the personal account a free tier account. Can you please make sure that you have completed all the steps mentioned in this [re:Post Knowledge Center Article](https://repost.aws/knowledge-center/create-and-activate-aws-account).

Since error message says internal error, most likely this would require AWS support help as they are best equipped to assist you. If you have support plan then I'd suggest you to open a support case in "Technical" category by following the instructions from [How to create support case](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/awssupport/latest/user/case-management.html).
