Create campaign in AWS Pinpoint and send to all endpoints except one

We want to implement a mechanism where, when one person creates a message, a push notification is sent to all users except that person. The idea was to create a dynamic segment and have all the endpoints automatically added to this segment, but I see no way to filter except by the endpoint of the person sending the message. Is there a way to implement this logic? 'Send to all endpoints except one'?
