I am not able to login on Web Mail server from Cpanel in AWS Lightsail

I am experiencing difficulty logging into the webmail server and require assistance to resolve this issue. There is very limited information available online that addresses my problem.

I have set up the IP on the DNS of the domain server, including DKIM and SPF records, but the issue persists. Could someone please help me troubleshoot and fix this problem?
