Unable to install package in Ec2 server after sometime of creating

There is a challenge specific to the Mumbai region. The installation of the packages proceeds without a hitch when I construct and join the server, but after a time, it loses the ability to connect to the repository. After a restart, however, everything works as it should. The process stays the same. And in other places, like North Virginia, where the ecology is the same, everything goes without a hitch and no issues arise. For your reference, I've included a screenshot of the error. For mumbai regions I go through with following ways: 1.) I tried with default vpc 2.)I attempted to establish a virtual private server with a public subnet and apply various combinations of security rules and NACLs. But we still getting the errors specifically for mumbai region. But it is working fine in N.Virginia region with same.
