Is it possible to make KPI's into a clickable filter?

You can specify the target visual with the filter action of the visual to filter the table etc. to display the records.

However, it's not clear what KPI visual you want to click where, so you need to be clear about that.
Can you provide a simple sample dataset of yours and how to set up the field wells for your KPIs?
