instance status check failure

Hello all,

I have an instance that keeps crashing.
I get several error messages.

"1/2 checks passed"
"Instance reachability test failed"

When capturing a screenshoot I got the "...Out of memory: Killed process..." error.

May anyone help me with this issue please?

Answer

Out Of Memory errors mean something on the instance is using all the memory and there is not enough available for the kernel to run. These links have some troubleshooting steps you can try:
