Lifecycle Manager stuck in loading

Hello,

I've been trying to access the Lifecycle Manager since few weeks back. But until now, i'm stuck in the loading sequence. Has anybody encountered this? Or at least know how to fix it?

It's just showing the loading animation with the message "It is taking a bit longer than usual to fetch your data". I also asked this same question in StackOverflow (https://stackoverflow.com/questions/71213963/aws-lifecycle-manager-stuck-in-loading), which also contains a screenshot.

I hope somebody can help me with this.
