Redis Security Update - elasticache-20230315-002

Hi Team,

We observe that the AWS release a security update elasticache-20230315-002 on 22th of March and AWS applied it on same day itself. Ok we consider update severity is critical but why it is get applied out of the schedule maintenance window which Sunday for us. Also the recommended apply by date is 21st April. We also see the same behaviour in our another 2 accounts. Could you please help us here why this unusual behaviour from AWS.
