AWS SUPPORT not response my tickets

I have create 2 tickets request to support from 03/03/2026 and 06/03/2026 but didn't receive any response or support from AWS. even its state hasn't changed at all - always is Unassigned! I created ticket at 03/03/2026 after 3 days didn't receive support, I continue create new one. Please support my case - case id: ************** and **************!
