ec2 hosted site keeps loading after load balancer and target group changes

Does that mean I still see the same website after changing the target group?
Can I check the access logs of the target group's EC2 web server?
If there is no access history in the log, your browser may be caching the website, so try clearing the cache.
If there is an access history in the log, the target group may not have changed, so please review the target group settings.
