How to reactivate a suspended member account within an organization from the management account?

In this post https://repost.aws/knowledge-center/reactivate-suspended-account it says: If the suspended account is a member account in an organization, then contact the owner of the management account. I am the owner of the management account but I did not find any way to reactivate the account. How can I reactivate an account that has been suspended?
