Play notification sound for every new message

Can we play a notification sound for every new message both at client and agent side in AWS Chatbot. Do we have some inbuilt capability in Amazon CCP

There is no capability to reproduce a sound with each notification currently, you can configure sound notifications for your navigator, here is a way to configure it in chrome: https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0965662
