We can ingest RTSP to Kinesis but would like to know the best method to ingest cell phone video.

Choose the appropriate SDK: For Android and iOS, use the Kinesis Video Streams SDK for Android and iOS, respectively.
Implement the SDK in your custom mobile application to capture video from the device's camera.
Use the SDK's API to stream the captured video to your Kinesis Video Stream.

This way, you can build a custom mobile application to capture and send video from a cell phone to Kinesis Video Streams.
