The team typically takes 3-5 business days to get back to you and I have changed my business emails twice and have had those resolved using the same process. Please ensure you are using the correct contact details for previous email and new email that needs to be added into. They will send you an email with any clarifications or confirmation for some changes - check your junk folders to ensure they are not moved into those folders by your email provider.

Thanks for your time. Nothing in Junk mail. I has sended 3 email with details from change (old company, new company, personal email etc). first mail has more that 1 month, and don't have any response from aws training support.

I have AWS Certified Solution Architect - Associate as well Professional tagged to my previous organization and now I switched my job and working for other organization. I do not have access to previous email id which is tagged with my AWS certification, I would like to move my certifications with new email - AWS Support your help in this regards will be highly appreciated.
