Application load balancer timeout

We recently deployed an application that utilizes a combination of CloudFront, an Application Load Balancer , and Fargate. While monitoring the system's performance, we have noticed there is a problem when users return to the application after a period of inactivity, which can span more than 2 minutes or less It seems that the ALB is shifting to idle mode randomly, The Fargate service and containers was tested separately, and it seems that the issue is related to the Application Load Balancer Please let us know if you require any additional information Thanks in advance for your attention.
