Redshift pausing process stuck

Hi there,

I’m having a problem with pausing my Redshift cluster. Amazon Redshift > Clusters > Snapshots indicates that creating the (automated) snapshot has stuck: it reads “219 MB backed up. Currently backing up at 57.2399 MB/second. 0 seconds until backup completes, *** seconds elapsed” where the current number of seconds *** is displayed correctly (now it exceeds 4000).

Can’t see how to abort snapshot creating or reboot the cluster while the creation process is running. I would appreciate it a lot if anyone could advise me on this issue.
