Lightsail wordpress website not working after doing changes in web config file

I executed few steps on the web config file. This has resulted in website going down. Now instance is running. But I am neither able to access website nor I am able to go to wordpress dashboard through the IP address.

Please help me address this issue.

Do you have any snpashot which was created prior to the config changed? If yes, you can create a new instance from that snapshot
