It seems you have urgency in this one, do you already reach out to AWS Premium Support for help? Will you be able to elaborate on what troubleshooting steps have you taken?

I have basic support - and those weren't able to resolve it

A few basic questions to begin with
- Is this Linux/Ubuntu/Windows instance?
- Are you trying to launch the instance and it is not launching?
- Are you trying to SSH into Linux instance or trying remote desktop connection for your windows instance?

It is Linux/Ubuntu. Honestly, nothing works. It is an existing instance. I appreciate your comment.
