Hi I don't think, this is the perfect answer of your issue but this solution works for me. Step1 :- Create an new instance in a same region with same configuration. Step2:- Stop the newly created instance and detach his volume Step3:- Detach the volume of your old stopped instance and attach it to newly created instance and then start the new instance with old volume attach.
If there is any hardware issue in your old instance it will resolve with new instance.

Do not create AMI of old instance create new instance with fresh OS. Then changed the EBS storage of both instances.

Thank you for your comment. I created AMI from the old instance, And create new instance from AMI but I can't access to the new one either.
Do you think it's the same with what you suggested?
