If your account has no past due charges, then check the email address associated with the AWS account. AWS sends a notification and instructions to the registered email address on the account if your account is suspended for another reason. If you’re not sure why your account was suspended, contact AWS Support for help.

thank you I have already contacted the AWS support team. So far they haven't done anything to make me feel comfortable.
