I got this issue on my account when I tried to connect with Amazon Chime SDK "Service is restricted for AWSAccountId 123456789012"

You should ensure that your AWS account has the necessary permissions to access the Amazon Chime SDK. You can do this by checking the IAM policies attached to your account and making sure that they include the required permissions for the Chime SDK.
