How to cleanly delete everything?

Hi, newbie here. I followed the Getting Started tutorial and created an app. Now I want to dismantle it so I used "amplify <category> remove" and "amplify push" commands to remove hosting, auth, and analytics categories.

When everything's done, I still see two S3 buckets (one for deployment and another for hosting). So I deleted them manually. Then, I looked around and still see the project in Pinpoint console. There's no DELETE button in the console... how do I delete the project?

Also, what else may be left behind?
