What are the specs for your instance? Do you encounter the same issue when you create a new instance from scratch instead of creating from a snapshot?
If you continue to have issues feel free to submit a ticket through the "Questions? Comments?" link in Lightsail's footer area so we can investigate further.

Additionally, ensure that your instance has opened the default SSH port 22

Thanks for the idea SSH port is opened
If I create a brand new instance from scratch it works ... So it means that all the daily snapshots i have are corrupted ... no way
