Elastic Transcoder Job stuck in "Progressing" state

Question

Hello,

I have an elastic transcoder job which stuck in the `Progressing` state for 1.5 hours now and I can't cancel, nor do anything with it and based on the pricing, I think this keeps billing us for every minute of doing nothing :(
I tried to cancel it but obviously it doesn't work because it's not in `Submitted` state.

An error occurred (ResourceInUseException) when calling the CancelJob operation: The job was already in use: accountId=, resourceId=1643628415554-$jid.

The `read-job` doesn't tell much more than `"Status": "Progressing"` :/
How could I terminate the job?

After 5 hours "transcoding time", the state changed to "error" with output status details:
> 9999: Amazon Elastic Transcoder encountered an internal failure.

Billing is probably not affected, based on the pricing page:
>  Amazon Elastic Transcoder does not charge for failed transcodes unless the number of failures becomes excessive.
